Konnect, co-founded by ASB-MIT Sloan alumna Thandiwe Gondo, is a data-driven platform designed to tackle Africa’s unemployment crisis. Our mission is to align education with real employment opportunities. Through credible, real-time job demand data and innovative career matching tools, we provide students with guidance to make informed career choices. Konnect focuses on matching students to careers that align with their unique strengths and passions, ensuring greater job satisfaction, better retention, and long-term economic success.
